Finnex 24 7 vs fluval 3.0

For those of you who have owned the Fluval 3.0 and the Finnex Planted+ 24/7, which did you find was the better light? I currently own both but aside from the Finnex appearing to be the brighter of the two I can`t really see a difference in plant growth.
